Aalberts N.V. has finalized an agreement to acquire 100% of Geo-Flo Corporation, headquartered in Indiana, USA. The acquisition, slated to take effect on July 17, 2025, aims to bolster Aalberts’ presence in North America. Geo-Flo, which employs over 25 individuals, currently generates approximately USD 15 million in annual revenue.
The integration of Geo-Flo aligns with Aalberts’ ‘thrive 2030’ strategy. This acquisition will involve the current management of Geo-Flo collaborating with Aalberts hydronic flow control operations in North America. Stéphane Simonetta commented on the deal, highlighting its potential to facilitate growth opportunities within the building segment across the American market.
